Our management team seamlessly handles the coordination of all cleaning and property turn responsibilities, including interior cleaning and staging, linen and laundry services, property inspection, maintenance and repair, furniture and carpet deep cleaning, toiletry and consumables replacement and post-stay guest reviews. Promptly following each check-out our maids and cleaning professionals will arrive to clean the property, provide fresh sheets, wash linens and towels, restock toiletries and replace any missing essential items. PREMIER FILM LOCATIONS
Many people who are not involved in the film industry have never even heard of a film location service, let alone have any idea what they do. We get questions every day from property owners that see filming nearby and want in on the action but have no idea how to go about it. I’m going to break down what a film location service is, the benefits of listing your property for filming, and what makes us different than any other location service out there!
What Is a Film Location Service?
We are essentially the middleman between property owners, production companies and studios. We schedule, negotiate fees, and basically make sure the production is doing everything as agreed upon. We work in a very fast-paced industry with television shows and commercials, working on short time frames. We can be showing properties this week and then film as soon as next week. This is why they reach out to Premier Film Locations! We can streamline the process and get film deals done expeditiously.
Feature Films have more time to gather their locations and are not in such a time-crunch. However, we work with many feature film clients as well. Studios and Production companies come to us looking for a specific location – a house with high ceilings, an office building with cubicles, a large industrial location with loading docks, a commercial kitchen, a golf course, a gym, a theatre, a church, etc. – and we go through our database and send them locations that fit their specifications. If they end up deciding to use one of our locations, we take a percentage of the location fee which is all based on industry standards.
Benefits of Listing Your Property
As mentioned above, we simply charge a commission to film on your property. It is literally free to list your property … so why not?! Some owners think that their property hasn’t the potential for filming – “It’s too beaten up,” or “My house is too messy,” “my office building isn’t that unique”, or even “I don’t have time for that.” Well, I’ve got some news for you; we get asked for virtually every type of location. What if they’re looking for an undesirable house? You’d be perfect! Your house is too messy? It may be just the house they are looking for! You may be saying, “I don’t have time for that?” Time for what? We have a production savvy, project manager on location at all times. We make sure nothing is damaged and everything is returned to its original state. You get a nice little check, and we do all of the work.

So, you may be wondering, “Sweet! I’ll just sign up my property with every service out there.” Not so fast! We are able to assure you a smooth experience with Premier Film Locations, but every other location service is simply not us. Other services may charge a fee to sign up, have inexperienced project managers, or simply may not have the same professional background as our company.
The principles of our company have many years of extensive experience in Asset Management and Entertainment. We know what it is like to manage many properties all at once, making us exceptionally capable of running a film location service.
